SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER

WAITING LIST OPENS SEPTEMBER 14

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program Waiting List opens September 14, 2009.  You may apply in several ways, but we cannot accept pre-applications for HCV prior to September 14.

  • Apply online with our secure pre-application form.
  • You can download the form, complete it, and then mail it to PO Box 2568, Lancaster, OH 43130, fax it at 740-653-7600, or drop it off in our drop box located to the left of our front door at 315 North Columbus Street, Lancaster, OH. Pre-applications may also be taken over the phone as a reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities.  Our office location and phone numbers are available here
  • If you have difficulty obtaining the form, you may contact the Housing Authority to request a pre-application be mailed to you

Pre-applications will also be available in the September 13 edition of the Advertiser Bag distributed throughout Fairfield County.

WHETHER YOU ARE FIRST TO APPLY OR LAST, YOUR PLACE ON THE WAITING LIST WILL NOT BE AFFECTED

NEW COMPUTER LOTTERY SYSTEM WILL RANDOMLY CHOOSE NAMES
